T60's cubs on the second day were found lazing on the road acting as a roadblock. They spend about 10 minutes on the road before getting up and moving away. The cubs are approximately 20 months old and are now seen often without their mother .  All the pictures below are of T60's cubs.

 We started the full day trip to Ranthambore with a bang, within the first hour we were greeted by Noor (T39).We had the pleasure of photographing her for a long time as the tigress is rather bold.  After Noor receded into a water hole far away we came across the pug marks of a  tiger cub. We followed the pug marks to find  T60 and three cubs sitting in shade a few feet away from the road. Very soon they crossed the road and went into shrubs to further cool down. My Ranthambore trip with toehold has been a smashing success with over 16 different tigers seen and over 50 different sighting over the course of 3 full days. During the trip, cards filled and batteries died yet I have over 160 GB of images from the three days alone. I am still going through the images so pictures will be posted over the next few weeks.

It was a windy Sunday afternoon when we went to the hide on the outskirts of Bangalore. We did not see too many birds and the ones that were there were very jumpy.
